Take off – Stop at intervals for:
10 Burpees
10 Lunges each leg
10 Imperial Walkers IC
10 Mercans
10 Plank Jacks IC
10 Slow Squats IC
Slow squats were completed in the far corner of the Bass Pro Parking Lot
Head Back and repeat
Total of 2.68 miles
