Lunge up Incline parking lot ~75 yards
Lunge down Incline parking lot ~75 yards
Starting at the bottom perform 1 burpee then run to the top, 5 LBCs then run back down
Continue back and forth with LBC reps increasing by 5 as burpee reps increase by 1.
Done after the round of 8 burpees and 40 LBCs.
