Reverse Lunges for 25 yds

On to the bleachers

Guessing game – I am thinking of a number in my head between 1 and 10 (inclusive cause you know that’s how we roll) and Mayhem has to guess it. We take the difference of his guess and my number and that is how many incline mercans we do followed by the number of box jumps up the bleachers. Exact guess gets 1 rep of each.

We repeat this going down with Dercans.

Move to the left – Man-makers on each bleacher al the way up; walk it down

Move to the left – Extended lunge and “power step”, all the way up; take one foot and skip a bleacher, flex this down into a groin stretch lunge, then push off with the lower foot to have both feet on one bleacher. Walk down

Dip Planks – Find a dip spot. 10 second count in the extended position, 5 xecond count in the bottom of your dip, repeat this over and over again until your arms give out. 30 second rest and do it again.

Down on the football field – 2 burpees, jail break across, 3 burpees, mosey back

Head the 1.4 miles back to home base

            Informal warm up today. Did some stretching, did some repetitive movements. Just got warm a little. Then took a lap.

            First day back for me so we did some modification to the Wagon Wheel. Same basic concept, just imagine a wagon wheel with a hub, spokes, and the wheel. That’s basically it

            With only 3 PAX, we stayed together. Complete the exercise on the paper and run to the hub, which is marked by the Golden Gloom Shovel. Perform 3 Burpees and run back to your station. Complete the prescribed exercise again. Run around the track to the next station.

            Repeat until all 8 stations have been completed.

            Once Complete, we took a couple of cool down laps to finish it off

              Hixson has been a great growth point for us in F3 Chattanooga. Milk has taken Shot House straight to 3 days a week to alleviate some overcrowding a Lions Den
              . The AO was so well received it had to split off again to form Detention. Great job by all. Keep it going through the winter, keep bringing those guys out. Spread the joy that is F3.

                  Series of 5 Exercises – Burpee – Mercan – Squat – Plank Jack – Big Boy Sit Ups

                  Start of with reps of 1 Burpee – 2 Mercans – 3 Squats – 4 Plank Jacks – 5 Big Boys

                  Run to the white car and back. This was about 60 yards each way I would guess.

                  Next Round was 2-3-4-5-6, then run. This was repeated up to round 10 with 10-11-12-13-14.

                  After Round 5 we executed a flawlessly socially distanced indian run around the parking lot for a break. We were so excellent at this, we did it again after round 10, but modified as the breath clouds being visible didnt make me feel good about our distancing.

                  We then needed to end on a bonus round so we jumped to 15-16-17-18-19.

                    PAX picks their poison and the fun begins. Perform exercise for 30 seconds, then rotate in the 5 allotted seconds; start again.

                    30 seconds was not realistic for the run, so the plan was to use up the rest and rotation time for the lap. We achieved that a few times, but not every time. End result was 4 full rotations through the 10 stations.

                    As the title states; regardless of how you break these up, they still suck.

                    Dealing with adversity is one of the key attributes in effective leadership. How you handle adversity says a lot about you. Can you accept accountability? Can you focus on a solution instead of seeking out blame? Can you remain calm and level headed? Can you ask for help? All good questions to ask when reflecting on your own experiences
