The Thang

PAX ran to the 10th Lamp Post for 4 rounds stopping at each Post to do the following:

  1. Burpees 10, 9 , 8, 7, 6, etc. running between each post.
  2. High Knees 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, etc. running between each post.
  3. Merkins 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, etc. running between each post.
  4. Squats 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, etc. running between each post.

Ring of Merkins: Hold plank until moves to around circle doing 10 Merkins.
