Mosey from parking lot around the building to flag pole in Veteran’s Park. SSH’s, Forward Fold, Willy Mays Hays, Forward Fold, Slow Merkins, SSH, mosey to Da Thang!

Same exercise at each of the 4 stations = 1 round
Pay attention to the lit up clipboards!
Round 1 – 7 Burpees!
Round 2 – 14 Flutter Kicks (each leg)
Round 3 – 21 Merkins
Round 4 – 28 Squats
Round 5 – 21 LBC’s (Little Baby Crunches)
Round 6 – 14 Diamond Merkins
Round 7 – 7 Alternating Lunges (each leg)
Following the faster than expected completion of the Diamond (great work guys), circled up on the center of the diamond for several rounds of Mary to finish out the time and exhaust those abs “just one more” time!

We are all here for the purpose of getting into better shape through exercise but we also influence those around us in positive ways that might not be obvious.
