Conditions
50-ish degrees, cool, brisk, slight rain the entire morning
COP
Quick mosey around the dog park. Found a covered area to get some protection from the rain. Quick warm-up consisting of: SSH, arm circles, forward folds, imperial walkers, and 3rd grade exercise.
The Thang
The PAX performed a round of Tabata based exercises (30 seconds of exercise, 10 seconds of rest). Exercise included:
SSH, Al gore, dips, incline pickle pointers, imperial walkers, step ups, decline merkins, leg lifts, high knees, lunges, shoulder touches, and slide planks.
The PAX took a 10 count rest, follow by performing step-ups during the AC/DC song “Thunderstruck” and a deep air squat every time “thunder” was sung.
The PAX performed another round of Tabata based exercises (30 seconds of exercise, 10 seconds of rest). Exercise included:
Merkins, flutter kicks, air squats, dive bombers, freddie mercury, lunges, shoulder touches, windmills, reverse lunge, high plank, little baby crunches, and smurf jacks.
The PAX took a 10 count rest, follow by performing flutter kicks, hello dollys, and freddie mercurys during the Michael Jackson song “Beat It” and a big boy sit up every time “beat it” was sung.
The PAX performed a round of “bring Sally up”.
With just a few minutes left, the PAX performed a round of Mary.
COT
The QIC discussed the need for men to be steadfast (regardless of the stresses of every day life).
Moleskin
QIC selected the pavilion that had no light and was under video surveillance. Someone probably got a good laugh at the incline pickle pointers.
