Mosey to the Commons pavilion where someone had decorated with lights and placed X’s on the pavement for perfect social distancing.

    Mosey around parking lot.

Performed Mary to time, PAX led.

Attempted another set of 21’s. Penalty burpees ensued.

    COT

Today marked 1 year of F3 for the QIC. Very thankful for the F3 brotherhood and support. Obviously, Proverbs 27:17 applied here; “Iron sharpens iron, So one man sharpens another.” Here’s to another year of getting sharper.

    Moleskin

Bandwagon wanted a 2nd chance at 21’s, but the results were the same. We probably need to make this a staple until we can consistently count to 21.

The PAX then completed their lap around the track, dropping some cones along the way (about 100m apart). The PAX then got into formation to run around the track with the QIC performing cadence and singing a few jodies. The PAX did…. “adequate”. We probably completed 3 more laps.

The PAX then completed a set of exercises at each cone, moseying in-between.

      Cone 1 – 1 merkin + 16 V-Ups

      Cone 2 – 2 merkins + 15 V-Ups

      etc

      Finished with some Mary.

      COT

QIC built the beatdown around the number 17. Recent studies have shown that 17 veterans commit suicide every day. While this number is trending downward, it still represents about 1.5 times that of civilian suicides. This is a staggering statistic that has recently hit home for the QIC.

Prayers (spoken and unspoken) for many F3 brothers.

Happy Veterans day to our F3 brothers.

      Moleskin

John Doe has silky smooth hair which is obviously well maintained. WuzntMe has finally attended a Coldplay beatdown. Threeskin doesn’t like litter and will clean up after you. Burpees will cleanse your soul.

          James 3:16
“For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.”

QIC spoke about the pitfalls of envy and jealousy .

          Moleskin

Detention is a literal playground of possible activities. There will be many successful beatdowns at this AO.

Despite the music playing at a considerable volume, Cleaver and Coldplay could barely hear it over the sound of blood rushing in their ears.

Box cutters are NOT the same as Hello Dollys, but according to Gretel it didn’t really matter.

Snatch’s version of yoga (on the pavement) was not well received.
