Mosey block to middle of parking lot and mosey back to side #1
10 Burpees, 15 Squats, 20 Merkins, 25 Flutters on side #1
Mosey to block
Rifle Carry to side #2
10 Curls, 10 Presses, 10 Tricep Raises
Rifle Carry to middle
Mosey to side #1
Repeated this 6 times with declining reps on the Curls, Presses and Tricep Raises (9, 8, 7…etc.) After the third time, we switched from Rifle carries to Murder Bunnies
PART 2
DORA style; PAX #1 did exercises while PAX #2 ran a lap around parking lot

25 Clockwork Merkins
50 Gravediggers
75 Step-ups
100 Curls
PART 3
The “Curl”cle ; PAX stood in circle holding block in down curl position engaging arms the entire time. PAX went in a circle starting with 1 reps and working way up to 5 reps.

Read two quotes: “What gives definition in your life is what you have built in as part of your life” – Unknown. As my pastor Sunday talked about this, it reminded me of something else I had heard in the past. That was that, the things we want most in life come by going to the places or mindsets that we least want to go. Encouraged the PAX to keep pressing through. The reality is whether it’s physical, spiritual, family life, work life, or whatever it may be, we are all going through something. Keep showing and keep pressing play and the end result will be better regardless of what it looks like now.
