Mosey from P/L to Soccer Field by way of Play Ground parking area.
THE THANG:
6 Stations on nearside of Soccer Field. At the completion of each full round of six exercises all PAX run across Soccer Field to other side and back to first station.
- Burpees x5 OYO
- Lunges x10 each leg OYO
- Imperial Walker x15 OYO
- Merkins x20 OYO
- Plank Jacks x25 OYO
- Squats x30 OYO
- Run across Soccer Field and back to Station #1
Rinse and Repeat 3 times.
